A5 printing size is 210 mm by 148 mm (or 8.3 inches by 5.8 inches). You can either print directly in this size (for example a flyer) or we can print on A4 which is then folded in half to give you an A5 leaflet or booklet.
Let me ask you:
Are you looking for a cheap way to promote your venue, event or shop?
Would you like a professional looking leaflet or booklet to leave with your clients? (A5 leaflets and booklets are much less daunting to read and easier to store than A4 ones)
Do you want to minimise the cost of your printing?
If you have answered yes to any of the above, then A5 printing is a great solution for you.
You can choose silk, matt or gloss finish along with a choice of paper weights. The most common weights are 100, 120, 140, 160, 250 or 350 gsm (grams per square meter). The heavier the paper you choose, the more professional it will look.
This is the perfect solution for promoting:
These flyers are typically printed on 100, 120, 140 or 160 gsm.
These are printed on A4 which is then folded in half. With A5 leaflets you have two extremes. The first is to have the cheaper leaflets that you typically see in Tourist Information centres talking about local venues and attractions or you get through the door as a takeaway menu. These types of leaflets are great for bulk printing and distribution.
At the other end, you have professional mini-brochures which are printed on very heavy paper and given to or posted to customers, clients and prospects. These are more expensive but require a much smaller run.
We’d recommend a paper weight of 100-160 gsm for the cheaper leaflets. If you want a professional looking mini-brochure, then we would recommend 250 or 350 gsm.
These are a great way to show off your products or a range of services. We suggest that you go with a thick cover (such as 350 gsm) and then thinner inside pages (100-140 gsm) as you would do in a book.
We strongly suggest that you talk to our expert team about your A5 booklet printing as there are a large range of options so you can get the right look and feel for your business.
