DELIVERY POLICY

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. The processing time varies per product and the selected delivery method.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping times and rates vary widely depending on the type of product, the quantity and the
destination. For an accurate shipping estimate, use our shipping calculator or contact us via telephone on 0203 288 1048 or e-mail via contact@brightsideonline.com. Alternatively, make use of our flat-rate shipping priced at £15 plus VAT.

Please note that shipping times are an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. Brightside and its shipping partners will always go to every possible extent to deliver an order in time, however there may be problems beyond our control that affect the delivery of your order.

For customers in our area we offer local shipping. Local shipping is a quick, same day service and varies in price depending on the size and weight of the product. Contact our team for urgent local deliveries. Local customers can also pick up their orders from our head office during business hours should they prefer. Claims arising from damages, delay or partial loss in transit must be made in writing to Brightside Print & Design Ltd, 145 Stratford Workshops, Burford Road, London E15 2SP, United Kingdom, or via e-mail through contact@brightsideonline.com to us, so as to reach us within 5 days of delivery.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@brightsideonline.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We currently only ship to the UK through our webshop. For international orders, please get in touch with our team directly. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Brightside Print & Design is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
