Project Description

Overview

Operating since 1924, the Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce has been providing businesses in their region with first class support and oppportunities for business development. Besides working on behalf of their members in order to influence key decision makers in local and central government helping to produce an economic enviroment where buisinesses can grow, it also has a great wealth of knowledge and expertise which businesses can turn to for support.

Brief

We were tasked to redesign and develop the Chamber’s website and produce a site that their members would find to be functional and easy to navigate whilst searching through the many services available. However, we were not provided with a blank canvas as the British Chamber Of Commerce’s style guidelines had to be adherred to. Therefore, every structural decision had to factor this in by our team of web designers and web developers.

Solution

The end product proved to be a website fully integrated with the client’s CRM system and perfectly adaptable to all of their future needs. Members are able to log in to their own user area incorporating a complex events allowing the payments and bookings to be made.

The Results

An efficient and aesthetic website has been produced. Full access to the CRM system provided to the client allowing changes and updates providing great indepence yet instant telephone support has been provided when required.
